  • Santas Peppermint Eggnogg Truffle with a Czech/Polish Gingerbread Cookie: Morning Fresh Dairy eggnog sprinkled with candy cane dust make a rich holiday flavor that pairs with a wonderfully spiced gingerbread cookie with holiday roots in Czech and Polish culture

  • Colorado Cherries and Almond Truffle with an "Elves" Thumbprint Cookie (dairy free): Colorado cherries from the famers market are complimented by Colorado cherry cider and a touch or Colorado cherry wine in a rich truffle. Paired with a almond thumbprint cookie with Colorado cherry.

  • Figs with Oranges and Aperol Truffle with a Cuccidati, Sicilian Fig Cookie: Fresh and dried figs are blended with fresh Cara Cara orange juice and Aperol for a warm seasonally flavored truffle. Paired with a Italian fig cookie with a rich fig filling.

  • Cappuccino Truffle with a Butterball Cookie: dark and rich Bridger Creek coffe is cold brewed in equally rich Morning Fresh Dairy cream and half and half to create a very coffee/milk truffle. Paired with a childhood favorite of mine - a Butterball Cookie. Also know as a Russin Tea Cookie or a Mexican or Italian Wedding Cookie. Buttery richness to lusciously pair with the cappuccino truffle.

  • FOR EGGNOG LOVERS we have partenered again with Morning Fresh Dairy and The Howling Cow Cafe to create "Eggnog Inspired" Truffles. Tins of three flavors - two each (6 total) will be available through home delivery and boxes of four flavors - one each (total) will be on the shelf in the Howling Cow Cafe. These will start mid November through Christmas.

About Audacious Truffles

We work hard to keep our truffles fun, flavorful and honest.

We slowly reduce flavors from real ingredients, sometimes up to 36 hours or more. This way, a strawberry cream truffle tastes like fresh strawberries and real rich cream. We make our own butter, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, crumb coatings and truffle garnishes – all from scratch. We do this to achieve the richest flavors and the best quality. And each truffle comes with a story, because food with a story is more fun and creates an experience greater than just eating a piece of chocolate.

Lastly, we keep the flavor varieties ever-changing to keep your taste buds on their toes.
