  • Very Colorado Cherry Eggnog Truffle: Farmers Market cherries are combined with cherry wine from Colorado Cellars, cherry juice from Colorado Cherry Company, local tart cherries and rich, delicious Morning Fresh Dairy eggnog. All these are wrapped up in cherry forward dark chocolate made from Madagascar and Ghana cacao and caramel milk chocolate that compliments the richness of the eggnog. A luscious taste of the season indulgence.

  • Roasted Chestnut Truffle (dairy free): roasted chestnut milk and roasted chestnut puree are combined with a touch of roasted hazelnuts and combined with rich Swiss-made dark chocolate and French-made almond based vegan milk chocolate. The result is a sweet and nutty treat that is a warm comfort on a cold day.

  • Bourbon Milk Punch and English Toffee Truffle: NOCO Distillery's Bourbon 1 has a very special caramel, peppery and smoky flavor that is delicious in a New Orlean's style milk punch. No better way to compliment such a flavorful holiday beverage than with the buttery caramel flavor of English toffee. These flavors are rounded out with two São Tomé dark chocolates, a heavy cacao milk chocolate, pandan leaves, Madagascar vanilla beans and fresh ground nutmeg. This truffle is the gift that keeps on giving.

  • Mulled Wine Truffle: Palisade grower/wine maker Sauvage Spectrum's Domaine Red is a wonderfully balanced wine perfect to respectfully craft into a mulled wine featuring NOCO Dostillery brandy, citrus, apple, holiday spices like cannela, cloves and cardamom then slightly sweetened with amber agave nectar. Madagascar and Ghana cacao dark chocolates are combined with a touch of white chocolate for a very rich and complex play on a traditional holiday cold weather flavor.

  • FOR EGGNOG LOVERS we have partenered again with Morning Fresh Dairy and The Howling Cow Cafe to create "Eggnog Inspired" Truffles. Tins of three flavors - two each (6 total) will be available through home delivery and boxes of four flavors - one each (total) will be on the shelf in the Howling Cow Cafe. These will start mid November through Christmas.

We work hard to keep our truffles fun, flavorful and honest. 

We slowly reduce flavors from real HONEST ingredients, sometimes up to 36 hours or more. This way, a strawberry cream truffle tastes like fresh strawberries and real rich cream. We make our own butter, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, crumb coatings and truffle garnishes – all from scratch. We do this to achieve the richest flavors and the best quality. And each truffle comes with a story, because food with a story is more FUN and creates an experience greater than just eating a piece of chocolate.
